Michelle Evans is a mixed media and fluid artist based in Waldorf, Maryland. She enjoys working on wood or canvas and combining different mediums and styles in unique and expressive ways. Her creative process often begins with smaller prints or works that she then collages together to create larger, more layered and visually compelling.

In addition to mixed media work Michelle creates abstract art using fluid art techniques with acrylics. Her work is inspired by movement, nature, both of which influence the energy and texture, and flow found throughout her pieces. Although she is self-taught, she values continued growth and occasionally takes classes for inspiration and to explore new techniques.

Michelle's artwork is available for purchase at Stone House Collective in Ellicott City MD and online. For Michelle, creating is more than a passion-it is an essential part of who she is.
